Your guide to turning your house into a home... one DIY project and yard sale find at a time

5 days of Christmas inspiration….

November 27, 2011

Anyone else finishing up the last of the turkey, stuffing, and pumpkin pie?  We sure are enjoying devouring the last of the Thanksgiving leftovers… And I am LOVING not having to cook for a few days after 2 days straight of cooking!

One of my favorite parts of Thanksgiving is making big ‘ole turkey sandwiches with all the leftover turkey.  Smile  Mmmm….   And a big pot of pinto beans and ham is planned for next week with the ham bone.

And “fall” has slowly disappeared from our house and Christmas is making it’s appearance.  Smile

So I thought it would be fun to share some Christmas decorating inspiration with you all of next week.   Cause we all need inspiration, right?  I do my best decorating after being inspired by wonderful ideas I see online, in stores, or in other people’s homes.  Hopefully you will find some new ideas, maybe even some you can do this year and it will give me time to get all MY Christmas décor up and ready to share with you. Winking smile

Here’s the plan:

  • Merry Mantels on Monday
  • Trimmed Trees on Tuesday
  • Wonderful Wreaths on Wednesday
  • Tasty Treats on Thursday
  • Frills of the season on Friday

Can’t wait to share some great ideas and inspiration with you!

See you back tomorrow…
