I love crafting! And what is defined as crafting is different for everyone, but for me, crafting usually involves a hot glue gun and spray paint! So here is a smorgasbord of projects, most of which are on my “to-do someday list.”

LOVE the subway art floating around in stores and on the web. This family rules version is definitely on my to-do list. I love how my friend Laine (over at Just Laine) created hers. Along with her husband, she came up with sayings or “rules” specific to their family, arranged them in subway art form, had a huge poster printed of it, and put in a $1 yard sale frame.
Here’s another version of family rules created by the talented Tonya of Love of Family and Home.
Framed monogram wall art again by Tonya at Love of Family and Home.
Another framed monogram wall hanging with buttons
These mismatched letters are cute
Another wall art idea – love the natural wood
Here’s a cute stenciled idea
I love this wipe-off monthly calendar!
and wipe-off dinner menu frame!
Love these framed fern prints by Centsational Girl
Or these framed fall leaves
Want to make a chunkier frame? The Inspired Room shows you how to take 2 frames and glue them together!
Love these framed rosettes on burlap
There are so many ideas out there!
Of course we have already talked about crafting by making wreaths, using Dollar store finds, and spray painted projects.
What type of crafts do you like to do? Do you use them as décor in your home?

I need to try some of these ideas! 🙂 I love the blue “Twitter” bird with the verse… 😉
You’d be proud: I actually went to Goodwill the other day for the first time in…forever….I’m all inspired now 🙂

I really like those framed monograms! Hopefully going to do some tweaking to our gallery wall above the desk and this is something I am going to include. The button one is so unique…I have boatloads of colorful buttons, this would be really fun to do for my kids. And thank you for featuring our subway art! So sweet of you! =)

I still love your subway art – I am going to make my own one of these days! 🙂
I am working on collecting frames for a gallery wal! Fun! The button monogram is cute and so customizable! 🙂
