Announcing the arrive of little Miss Frugal Homemaker… 
My husband and I are just thrilled to pieces with our little girl! We waited a long time for this little blessing to join our family and we are just overjoyed. To make things even more special she decided to arrive on her daddy’s birthday and be an extra special birthday present to him. I already forewarned him of the Minnie Mouse, pink cupcakes, Cinderella birthday parties he has coming in the future (but I don’t think he minds…:)
We are all doing great – healthy birth and healthy mama and baby. Just adjusting to and enjoying life with a newborn – oh all those faces they make, the squeaks and the grunts, and that sweet baby smell.
I plan to slowly ease back into blogging and already have some posts in the works – so look for those soon! Until then I will be soaking up lots of baby cuddles.

Enjoy each precious moment and don’t rush to do anything but tend to your beautiful family. I, for one, will be waiting patiently for your return to hear about your growing family.

I have read your blog for several years and I always enjoyed reading about how you take something plain and turn it into something beautiful. Having a little one is like nothing else in this world. They change your life. Congratulations on your healthy baby girl.
Wow, Christina, she is absolutely beautiful. Congratulations to you and your hubs on the birth of this precious one. She is a blessing from God thats for sure. There is nothing like a new baby that makes you feel so thankful. I remember when my boys were born, just that feeling of pride, to know that the little one was a part of you and your husband, just feels your heart and overwhelms.
I am sure your husband won’t mine at all sharing those birthdays with your baby girl.
Remember to cuddle as you can and love as you can, they don’t stay babies long. And rest when you can. Looking forward to more of your blogs, but remember to take your time.
